The goal of the Information Strategy service is to ensure that the client's employees, partners and suppliers have better information than their competitors do.  Information strategy engagements include: 

  • Clarifying current and emerging business priorities and identifying their implications for IT
  • Identifying the information that employees, partners and suppliers need to be effective
  • Identifying key technology capabilities needed to effectively compete, meet growth targets or achieve operational cost reduction objectives
  • Identifying game-changing technology capabilities that have the potential to alter the competitive dynamics of client’s industry
  • Developing cost containment plans to ensure that IT expenditures are optimized and directed towards business imperatives
  • Assessing current enterprise architecture maturity and efficacy in supporting business goals
  • Identifying opportunities to gain synergies and scale in IT efforts
